There are several types of organizations when it comes to the artisan world. Some are larger gigs with several to dozens of artists on staff. The "we" and "us" here at Mamabug ReCreations - is really just me myself and I - Kelly B.
So where did Mamabug come from. When I was a kid my mom nicknamed me "Ladybug" as I was a little lady and cute as a bug. Since then I've collected ladybugs. When I became a mom, I changed it to Mamabug. I'm a Mamabear when it comes to protecting my cubs. But when it comes to creating, I'm Mamabug.

Now what about ReCreations. It's not recreations - like activities done for fun. It's ReCreations - like recreate. When I first started, I was interested in upcycling. I made pillows out of torn jeans. I made flowers out of scratched up CDs. Then I started crafting. I've always enjoyed the arts but was never a good artist in my opinion. But then I discovered beads, and well the rest is history. I enjoy the variety. The colors and textures. And the joy it brought me while I was creating.
It's been a hobby for a few years now. I made so many things, they just started piling up! I started to organize and get storage for my pieces. But I thought they were so lovely, I decided I wanted to share that joy.. So I decided to start my store - with over 300 items to sell!
