Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Each piece at Mamabug ReCreations is handcrafted with care, and we want to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via USPS and offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
FREE SHIPPING on all orders $50 and above! For orders $49.99 and under, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times Delivery timeframes vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at orders@mamabugrecreations.com with your order number and tracking information. We'll work with USPS to locate your package or file a claim. Once the package is confirmed lost, we'll issue a full refund. Please note that because each piece is uniquely handcrafted, we're unable to provide replacements.
