Sometimes the message is a symbol. The lotus is a symbol of purity, spiritual enlightenment, rebirth, and resilience. I've always known that. But when I sat down to make this piece, those words stopped being abstract.

I'm a strong advocate for the environment. Always have been. So when I sit down with recycled glass, reclaimed paper beads, or repurposed materials and watch them become something genuinely beautiful — something someone will want to wear and keep and treasure — that's a particular kind of satisfaction that goes beyond the craft itself.
It's proof that what we choose to value doesn't have to cost the earth. Literally.
